COMPREHENSIVE PLAN ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> MEETING MINUTES <br /> [3/27/2018] <br /> The meeting of the Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC), held in [Parker <br /> Room/1625 Massachusetts Ave] was called to order at[6:30pm] by Co-Chair [Sarah Felton]. <br /> CPAC Attendees: <br /> Deepak Amenani, Stacey Beuttell, Hema Bhatt, Marilyn Fenollosa, Camille Goodwin, Sarah <br /> Felton, Carol Sue Hai, Patrick Sullivan, Ruixi Yuan <br /> Other attendees: <br /> Aaron Henry, David Fields, Carol Kowalski, Ginna Johnson, Richard, Michelle, Joe Pato <br /> [AGENDA ITEM] <br /> I. Elected two Co-Chairs of the CPAC: Sarah Felton and Ruixi Yuan <br /> Unanimous <br /> 2. Staff Update (presented by Aaron Henry) <br /> • Framework document. Two panels conducted so far. <br /> • A list of companies the RFP went out to. <br /> • Two upcoming: 2nd transportation panel on May 1, housing panel to be determined. <br /> • Planning department to create an inventory of parcels. <br /> 3. Branding and Marketing Discussion <br /> Design Hill is a website where organization can ask for preliminary logo design. CPAC <br /> members viewed and discussed the proposed logo designs. Ginna Johnson mentioned if <br /> we can reach out to the local artist community. Members also mentioned that high school <br /> students can be helpful as well. Staff to follow up with local artists. <br /> 4. Ongoing town projects of interest <br /> Aaron Henry presented the Hartwell Zoning Initiative: Vision and Market Opportunities <br /> Joe Pato mentioned that the presentation was recorded and available from LexMedia. <br /> Presentation is also available at the economic development page. Members discussed <br /> various aspects of the presentation <br /> 5. Miscellaneous <br /> Discussion on planned development regulations (https://ecode360.com/LE1818). How to <br /> vet the responses from the RFP (every proposal submitted must be reviewed) <br />
