Ms. Rust outlined the next steps for the CPC, noting that the request to purchase the <br /> units and restrictions is likely to come before the upcoming Annual Town Meeting. The <br /> next step would be to conduct an appraisal on the 16 properties. The CPC made it clear <br /> that the results should include both the appraisal of the units in their current condition <br /> in addition to their potential value under the proposed affordable housing restrictions. <br /> After a motion duly made and seconded, the CPC voted, (7-0) to allocate up to $10,000 <br /> of its FY17 administrative budget for an appraisal subject to the above terms. <br /> At 5:43 PM, after a duly conducted roll call vote, the Executive Session was closed and <br /> the Committee returned to Open Session. <br /> The following documents were utilized at the meeting: <br /> 1) Confidential RHSO Memo <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Elizabeth Mancini <br /> Administrative Assistant <br /> Community Preservation Committee <br /> 2 <br />
