Minutes of April 12, 2018 <br /> The minutes from the April 12`" meeting were reviewed and unanimously accepted. <br /> 2. Citizens and Other Boards <br /> There were no citizens or other boards present at this meeting. <br /> 3. Expansion—Next Steps <br /> • Ms. Rhodes shared highlights of her conversation with Charles Lamb of the Capital <br /> Expenditures Committee. He wanted to express that it is not that the Committee did not like <br /> the idea of expansion,but that they wanted to see more sequencing and how it would tit in <br /> the capital plan in the future. Charles offered to share a document electronically of why the <br /> expansion was not approved by the CEC. <br />
