Minutes of the Lincoln Park Committee
July 25,2018
Present: David Williams, Chair, Lynne Wilson, Brian Kelley,Joanne Shorten, Miles Connors of Parterre &
Wesley Wirth of Wirth Associates.
- Repairs to Boardwalks and Overlook completed,Cost$5,500.
- Parterre and R.L. Barnard have worked diligently to repair winter damage and maintain the
parks appearance.
- During fiscal year 2018 we spent$56,070.93 in maintaining the parks.
Our endowment is now$859,463.
Eagle Scout project completed.
Reviewed bids for Granite Forest;our observation is that due to the prevailing wage law,the
bids are more than we anticipated. We will seek clarification as to how we can reduce the cost
and change the project.
