<br /> Cultivator": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission to cultivate,
<br /> process and package marijuana, and to transfer marijuana to other Marijuana Establishments, but not to
<br /> consumers.
<br /> 4) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Craft Marijuana
<br /> Cooperative": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission to cultivate,
<br /> obtain, manufacture,process,package and brand marijuana and marijuana products to deliver marijuana to
<br /> marijuana establishments, but not to consumers.
<br /> 5)) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana Product
<br /> Manufacturer": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission to obtain,
<br /> manufacture,process and package cannabis and marijuana products, to transfer these products to other
<br /> Marijuana Establishments, but not to consumers.
<br /> 6) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana Retailer":
<br /> A Marijuana Establishment, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission to purchase and transport
<br /> cannabis or marijuana product from Marijuana Establishments and to sell or otherwise transfer this product to
<br /> Marijuana Establishments and to consumers.
<br /> 7) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana Research
<br /> Facility": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed by the Cannabis Control Commission as a Marijuana Research
<br /> Facility for the purpose of conducting research regarding marijuana and marijuana products.
<br /> 8) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana
<br /> Independent Testing Laboratory": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed by the Cannabis Control Commission as
<br /> an Independent Testing Laboratory.
<br /> 9) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana Standards
<br /> Laboratory": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed by the Cannabis Control Commission as a Standards
<br /> Laboratory.
<br /> 10) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana
<br /> Transporter": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission as an entity
<br /> that may only purchase, obtain,possess cannabis or marijuana product solely for the purpose of transporting,
<br /> temporary storage, sale and distribution to Marijuana Establishments, but not to consumers.
<br /> 11) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Third Party
<br /> Marijuana Transporter": An entity, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission as a Marijuana
<br /> Transporter and registered to do business in Massachusetts that does not hold another marijuana establishment
<br /> license pursuant to 935 CMR 500.050 and is not registered as a registered marijuana dispensary pursuant to 105
<br /> CMR 725.000.
<br /> 12) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Existing Marijuana
<br /> Licensee Transporter": An entity, licensed as such by the Cannabis Control Commission and registered to do
<br /> business in Massachusetts that wishes to contract with other marijuana establishments to transport their
<br /> marijuana and marijuana products to other marijuana establishments.
<br /> 13) Insert in §135-6.10 of the Town's Zoning Bylaw, Definitions, the following definition: "Marijuana Micro-
<br /> Business": A Marijuana Establishment, licensed by the Cannabis Control Commission as a co-located Tier 1
<br /> Marijuana Cultivator or Marijuana Product Manufacturer or both.
<br /> 14) Replace in Part N of Table 1 to the Town's Zoning Bylaw"Permitted Uses and Development Standards,"
<br /> line N.1.03 so that the amended section of Table 1 will now appear as follows:
