'there was then discussion on the question of whether to ask applicants to fill out some sort of application form giving more facts about proposed projects than are now usually available, It xas generally agreed that some such procedure would be valuable, but the paperwork difficulties and the problems of distributing information among members prior to hearings were recognized as obstacles. Fir. Davies and Mirs. Nye agreed to consider some of the issues involved and discuss the matter further at the next meeting. Nir. Whipple observed that more people seemed to be asking for informal meeting before making official applications, and it was agreed that this is a valuable procedure when time permits.
