Mr. Whipple submitted new drawings showing the changes as proposed at the hearing held on February 16, 1977, Mr. Whipple stated that the front elevation lighting fixture had been eliminated, The drawings show that on the rear elevation of the building the roof over the canopy will be of copper and that there will not be blinds on the second floor windows. Mr. Whipple said that the signs were not included in the Certificate which he had drafted and that the Bank is proposing signs of metal letters pinned to the walls of the building for both the front and rear elevations, Mr. Whipple then read a proposed Certificate which was discussed and amended. Mr, Jaquith stated that he had toured the building and that the windows on the main part of the building are recessed and that it would be possible to install storm windows on the inside of the windows. Mrs, Williams said that she feels the storm windows would be inconspicuous and rirs, Samoylenko said that she feels the same. Mr. Whipple said that aluminum combination windows are abhorent to him and he asked what color the trim is now. It was stated that the trim is white. Mr. Hooper said that he does not think that these will be offensive, Mr, Jaquith said that he feels that, unless the windows are removed in the summer, there will be excessive glass which will give heavy reflections.
