Mr. Bowyer reported on the progress of the <br />Development regulations, which will consolidate the Subdivision Regulations <br />with other regulations used in land development in Lexington. <br />d. Article 15 - Parking Space Elevations: Ropes and Gray have written to <br />the Attorney General on behalf of their clients, the Lumberyard development <br />on Bedford Street, objecting to Town Meeting approval of Article 15 of the <br />1985 Annual Town Meeting. Mr. Bowyer reported that he is assisting Palmer <br />and Dodge in the preparation of a response to this objection. <br />The next Planning Board meeting will be on August 12, 1985. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:45 p.m. <br />1 <br />11 <br />Cripps, Clerk <br />
