Development Regulations: Mr. Bowyer reported that the staff had started <br />working on " Development Regulations" which will include a revision of the <br />Subdivision Rules & Reglations and other related regulations such as for RD <br />Developments. He has sent a letter to the Planning Board "Alumni Associa- <br />tion" asking for suggestions about needed changes in the Subdivision Regula- <br />tions. <br />c. Willow Ridge Subdivision: Mr. Bowyer reported a developer had requested <br />an application form to submit a definitive subdivision plan for the Willow <br />Ridge Subdivision at the end of Barrett Road. The appeal on the definitive <br />subdivision plan rejected by the Planning Board in 1983 is still in court. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 7:56 p.m. <br />/ o <br />(-'Judith J.
