1 <br />Page 2 <br />12.20.76 <br />Memo from Asst. Town Engineer Martin, dated December 14, 1976, comment- FARMHURST 5 <br />ing on revised drainage plan for Farmhurst 5 subdivision(proposed), was DRAINAGE PLAN <br />noted. Copies of the memo will be sent to Engr. Jack Keating of Miller <br />and Nylander, and Gerald Cournoyer, attorney for developer Hamilton. <br />Notices for B/A hearings on December 30, 1976, were noted. Of these, B A HEARINGS <br />the Planning Board will respond to the petition of Joseph G. Sakey to CAINS SEAFOOD <br />add table service for 10 persons at Cains Seafoods, 321-A Woburn St. <br />The Planning Board will recommend that the special permit, if granted, <br />be contingent upon increased parking provisions. <br />Revised draft letter to the Board of Appeals re Phase II of Drummer DRUMMER BOY <br />Boy Green, was reviewed. Motion was made by Mr. Zabin to revise the GREEN II <br />letter as follows: "The Planning Board determines that the change in <br />unit mix from 20 one-B.R. units to 6, is a substantial deviation from <br />the original plan submitted to the 1974 Town Meeting, within the mean- <br />ing of Sec. 38.14 of the Zoning By-law". The motion was not carried. <br />Motion was made by Dr. Friedman to amend the letter as follows: "The <br />Planning Board recommends that the Board of Appeals require that the <br />proposed 80 two-B.R. with den units be decreased to 66 units; and that <br />the proposed 6 one-B.R. units be increased to 20 units". The motion was <br />not carried. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was voted by <br />the majority to accept draft X62 as amended. Members Zabin and Friedman, <br />who voted in opposition to approval of the amended draft, will submit a <br />minority report to the B/A. <br />Mr. Briggs showed a sketch plan provided by Mr. Reynolds, who proposes <br />to divideland at Lowell St. near East St., and asked for Planning Board LOWELL ST. <br />view if the plan were to be submitted with a Form A application. Mr. REYNOLDS <br />Briggs will confer with Town Counsel as to legality of frontage for lots <br />as shown. <br />It was agreed that regular Planning Board meetings will be held each <br />Monday during the month of January. <br />The meeting adjourned at 11 p.m. <br />Manfred P.
