<br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING
<br />July 14, 1975
<br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members Costello, MacKenzie, Zabin, planning
<br />director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in attendance was
<br />John Davies, D.A.C.
<br />Recommendation to the Selectmen regarding the request by Donald Jenkins, SPRINGDALE EST
<br />Jr., President of Jenkins Realty Inc. for reimbursement for extra con- REIMBURSEMENT
<br />struction in Springdale Estates subdivision, was reviewed. Upon a motion
<br />duly made and seconded, it was VOTED:
<br />"that in accordance with General Laws, Chapter 570, Acts of 1962,
<br />and Section 7.1.2 of the Rules and Regulations Governing the Sub-
<br />division of Land in the Town of Lexington, Mass., the Planning
<br />Board recommends that the President of Jenkins Realty Inc., Donald
<br />Jenkins, Jr., developer of the subdivision entitled Springdale
<br />Estates, be reimbursed by the Town of Lexington the amount $4,962.30
<br />this being the total amount recommended by the Planning Board as
<br />reimbursement for the extension of sewer in Springdale Road to Bates
<br />Road for a distance of 180 feet, and the construction of 44 feet of
<br />drainage system according to Town specifications.
<br />The Board further recommends that this amount be paid from the funds
<br />appropriated under Article 32 of the 1975 Annual Town Meeting.

<br />tion of the Engineering Dept., was reviewed. It was suggested that the
<br />Town Engineer be asked for specifics as to requirements and for direction
<br />to aid the developer in arriving at an acceptable solution. Upon a motion
<br />duly made and seconded, it was VOTED:
<br />To extend to August 26, 1975, inclusive, the time within which the
<br />Planning Board must act on the definitive subdivision plan entitled
<br />"Site Plan of Land, Ingleside, Lexington, Mass. #34533", dated March 19,
<br />1975, by MacCarthy & Sullivan Engineering, Inc., as requested by Emilio
<br />V. Spagnuola, Treasurer, Kingston Builders Corp., applicant.
<br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted with Application Form A75-19, showing
<br />the 7.93 acre site of Minuteman Village. Mr. Briggs explained that the
<br />purpose of the submission was for recording of the plan. Upon a motion
<br />duly made and seconded, it was VOTED:
<br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Feb. 5,
<br />19759 by Dana F. Perkins & Sons, submitted on July 10, 1975, with
<br />Application Form A75-19, by Nishan Haroian, showing land at Concord
<br />Ave., requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law.
<br />The plan was so endorsed.
