The minutes of Planning Board meetings of May 19, May 28, and June 2, 1975, <br />were approved as written. MINUTES <br />Next on the agenda was election of Officers of the Planning Board. A ELECTION <br />motion was duly made and seconded to nominate Eric T. Clarke as chairman. <br />Since there were no further nominations, Dr. Clarke was declared unanimous- <br />ly elected. Mr. Brown and Mr. MacKenzie were nominated for trice chairman. <br />Mr. MacKenzie was elected to the office. Mr. Zabin was nominated for and <br />elected as clerk.of the Planning Board. <br />Plan submitted with Application Form A75-15, showing Parcels A. B, C at FORM A75-15, <br />John Poulter Rd. and Winthrop Rd. was reviewed following explanation of JOHN POULTER <br />its purpose by Mr. Briggs. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was RD-CONROY <br />VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated March 23, <br />1970, by Miller & Nylander, submitted on June 16, 1975, by Katherine <br />Conroy with Application Form A 75-15 (plan dated March 23, 1970) <br />showing Parcels A, B, C, at John Poulter Rd. and Winthrop Rd. re- <br />quires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />A plan submitted with Application Form A75-16, by Frederick J. Conroy, FORM A75-16 <br />Esq., for Colonial Development Corp., showing lots abutting land shown KENDALL,WIN- <br />on the plan submitted with Form A75-15, was reviewed and its purpose for THROP RDS. <br />recording in the Land Court explained by Mr. Briggs. Discussion followed CONROY <br />as to need on the plan for definition of the abutting land. Upon a <br />motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan submitted on June 16, 1975, by Frederick J. Conroy, Esq. <br />for Colonial Development Corp. with Application Form A75-16, en- <br />titled "A Subdivision of Land Court Case No. 27511", dated March 23, <br />1970, by Miller & Nylander, showing Lots 77,78,79 at Kendall Rd. and <br />Winthrop Rd., requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />It was also voted that the planning director be empowered to sign the plan <br />on behalf of the Board, following a re -drawing showing Parcels A,B,C, at <br />John Poulter Rd. (See Form A75-15). <br />Plan submitted with Application Form A75-17, showing land of Comeau and FORM A75-17 <br />Spellenberg at Lowell St. was reviewed and B/A action of 6/3/75, permittz<;LDWELL ST <br />ing a land swap of two small parcels (portions of the lots), was noted.
