[1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />May 3, 1976 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 pm <br />by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members Brown, MacKenzie, Zabin, Friedman, <br />planning director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in atten- <br />dance was John Frey, D.A.C. <br />Minutes of March 29, 1976, were approved as written. <br />Request for bond reduction on Lowell Estates Section 2 subdivision, and LOWELL EST.2 <br />Engineering Dept. memo, dated April 26, 1976, recommending amount of <br />surety to be retained as $90,000, were reviewed. Upon a motion duly made <br />and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />To accede to the request <br />Stoico, President, that <br />be reduced from $135,000 <br />Town Engineer. <br />of Village Development Corporation, Louis BOND REDUCTION <br />surety for Lowell Estates Section 2 subdivision <br />to $90,000, as recommended by James E. Chase, <br />Town Counsel will be asked to review the legal documents concerned with <br />the performance bond and the forgoing vote is conditional upon his <br />approval of the form of the instruments. <br />Request by Everett J. Tingley, developer, for extension on Blossom Hill BLOSSOM HILL <br />Estates definitive subdivision plan in order to allow time to supply ESTATES <br />information required by the Engineering Dept. and Planning Board, was EXTENSION <br />considered. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />To extend to June 2, 1976, the time on or before which the Planning <br />Board must act on the definitive subdivision plan entitled "Blossom <br />Hill Estates", dated October 20, 1975, by Northeastern Eng'g. Assoc., <br />as requested by Ernest J. Tingley, applicant. <br />Prior to attendance at Town Meeting, the members considered its view ARTICLES 30 <br />regarding dispostion of Wetland Articles 30 (Wetland Study Funding), 91, 92, 93, <br />Article 91 (rezoning of the Green and White land at Maple/Woburn streets),(WETLAND) <br />Article 92 (Interim Wetland Protection Districts), and Article 93, <br />(amendment of Section 37 of the Zoning By-law). Upon a motion duly made <br />and seconded, it was voted that the Planning Board would not move recon- <br />sideration of the aforementioned Articles. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:58 p.m. <br />Albert P.
