PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April 26, 1976 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members Zabin, Brown, <br />Friedman, MacKenzie, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow <br />present. Also in attendance was Richard Magnuson, D.A.C. <br />Minutes of March 14, 1976, and March 22, 1976, were approved as <br />written. <br />It was agreed that no Planning Board meeting will be held on Monday, <br />May 31, 1976 (Memorial Day). Regular meetings will be scheduled for <br />all other Mondays in the month. <br />MINUTES 3.14 <br />and 3.22.76 <br />Draft letter by Dr. Clarke to the Conservation Commission, concerning DRUMMER BOY <br />future use of a 50 -foot easement bounding the Drummer Boy property, was EASEMENT <br />reviewed and approved as amended. <br />Dr. Friedman reported on forthcoming Bill concerning Airport Noise <br />Abatement and expressed interest in serving on a noise abatement <br />committee when such is formed. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:53 p.m. <br />OtP.oZabin erk <br />AIRPORT NOISE <br />ABATEMENT BILL <br />
