1 <br />U <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />March 29, 1976 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members Zabin, MacKenzie, Brown, Friedman, <br />planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />Plan submitted with Application Form A76-1-, showing hammerhead, rather FORM A76-10 <br />than original conventional turnaround at the end of Idylwilde Rd. was IDYLWILDE <br />reviewed and Mr. Briggs explained need for revision to the approved <br />subdivision plan. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />February 2, 1976, by Joseph W. Moore Co., submitted by Roger Corbin <br />on March 17, 1976, with Application Form A76-10, requires no approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />Plan submitted with Application Form A76-11 by Harmon S. B. White, for <br />the Whiter and Greener Trust was reviewed and it was noted that the <br />plan lacked notation designating that Lot 27 is not a buildable lot. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Compiled Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated <br />March 8, 1976, by John J. Regan, submitted on March 19, 1976, by <br />The Whiter Trust and The Greener Trust with Application Form A76-11, <br />requires no approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The planning director was empowered to sign the plan on behalf of the <br />Board following addition of the notation: "Lot 27 is not a buildable lot." <br />Preliminary plan for Lexington Village subdivision was reviewed briefly. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. <br />*bertP. b , Clerk <br />FORM A76-11 <br />EMERSON RD. <br />
