PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />February 2, 1976 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members MacKenzie, Costello, Brown, planning <br />director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also in attendance were <br />Fred Friedman, Conservation Commission, and Gary Marshall D.A.C. <br />Minutes of Planning Board meeting of January 5, 1976, were approved as MINUTES 1/5 <br />presented. <br />Minutes of January 12, 1976, were approved as corrected. MINUTES 1/12 <br />Plan submitted on behalf of the Conservation Commission, showing land at FORM A76-6 <br />Pleasant St. was noted, and Mr. Friedman gave history of its acquisition PLEASANT ST. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: CONS. COMM. <br />The plan submitted with Application Form A76-6 on January 28, 1976, by <br />W. Clifford Prentiss, entitled "Subdivision Plan of Land in Lexington, <br />Mass.", dated September 16, 1975, by Barnes Engr. Co., showing land <br />southeast of Pleasant St., adjacent to Bowman Park, requires no approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />Request by Mark Moore for release of surety on Centre Estates subdivision CENTRE EST. <br />and Engineering Dept. verbal report to Mr. Briggs, citing items of incom- BOND <br />plete work, were noted. It was voted to table action on the matter pending <br />receipt of written recommendation from the Engineering Dept. on unfinished <br />' construction. <br />Preliminary plan for Trinity Covenant Church P.U.D. was reviewed regarding TRINITY COV. <br />establishment of elevation figures for certain wet lots in the subdivi- CH. SUBDV. <br />sion. The developer will be required to supply test boring information <br />for aid in setting the basement elevations. Mr. Briggs will ask the <br />Engineering Dept. for guidelines regarding requirements for test pits. <br />It was noted that the Conservation Commission will attend the "W" information <br />meeting on February 10 for the first hour for briefing on proposed "W" "W" INFO MTG. <br />zoning Articles. <br />Dr. Clarke requested that members attend a work session meeting with P.B./B.A. <br />the Board of Appeals members on Saturday at 9 a.m. for the purpose of MTG. 2/7/76 <br />discussion of procedures for submission of plans and other information <br />by petitioners, with particular stress on time limints. <br />Request of Wilbur C. Nylander and Alfred P. Tropeano,T&N Realty Trust, for VINE BROOK <br />extension of time on Vine Brook Estates subdivision plan was noted. ESTATES <br />Mr. Birggs explained need for time to allow for advertising of public EXTENSION <br />hearing scheduled for February 23, 1976. Upon a motion duly made and <br />seconded, it was VOTED: <br />To extend <br />to March 8, <br />1976, inclusive the time within which the Planning <br />Board must <br />act on the <br />definitive <br />subdivision plan entitled "Vine Brook <br />Estates", <br />dated October 1, 1975, <br />by Miller and Nylander, as requested <br />by Wilbur <br />C. Nylander <br />and Alfred <br />P. Tropeano, applicants. <br />The meeting adjourend at 9 p.m. <br />
