PLANNING BOARD MEETING
<br />September 23, 1974
<br />' The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at
<br />7:30 p.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members MacKenzie, L. Brown,
<br />Costello, S. Brown, planning director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow
<br />present. Also in attendance were John Frey, D.A.C., and Frank Sandy,CLC.
<br />The minutes of Sept.9, 1974, were approved as amended.
<br />Bldg. Inspr. Irwin's memo, dated Feb. 21, 1974, recapping history of com ELIOT RD.
<br />plaints of Mrs. Mann, alleging zoning violation at the home of Mrs. Chic- ZONING VIOLA-
<br />carelli on Eliot Rd., and action of the Insp. Dept., was reviewed. Since TION
<br />the Bldg. Inspr. sees no violation in the case, it was agreed that no
<br />Planning Board comment is necessary.
<br />At 9:30 p.m., following discussion of Planning Board involvement and pro-
<br />cedures with respect to possible court action in the St. Brigids case, the
<br />members adjourned to the office of the Selectmen, where, in executive session,
<br />discussion of legal representation for the Planning Board in the St. Brigids
<br />case was continued.
<br />At 10:15 p.m., the Planning Board returned to its office for further dis
<br />cussion of the same matter until 10:30 p.m. when the meeting was adjourned.

<br />October meeting schedule was considered. Because of the celebration of
<br />OCT. MTG.
<br />Columbus Day on Monday, Oct. 14, that meeting will be held on Tuesday,

<br />October 15. All other meetings will be held on Mondays, as usual.

<br />was reviewed. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED:

<br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board.
<br />Mr. MacKenzie gave a resume of the agenda for the forthcoming SILC meeting
<br />SILC MTG.
<br />to be held in Estabrook Hall, Lexington, on Sept. 26. Bicentennial Cam-

<br />mittee members and Bicentennial Director Robert Tarlin have been asked to
<br />LEXINGTON
<br />attend since the program deals with Bicentennial matters.
<br />The public hearing on the definitive plan for Woodpark Estates subdivision
<br />PUBLIC HEAR -
<br />was opened at 8 p.m. and adjourned at 9:09 p.m., at which time, upon a

<br />motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED:

<br />To go into executive session, for discussion of matters the disclosure
<br />of which could adversely affect the financial interests of the Town or
<br />the reputation of any person.
