Page 2 <br />8.12.74 <br />The petition of Dr. Lucas involving subdivision of his land at Bushnell LUCAS B/A <br />' Drive (B/A hearing Aug.13) was again discussed in the light of Dr. PETITION <br />Lucas' request that the Board reconsider their view in opposition to BUSHNELL DRIVE <br />the proposal. Mr. Davies, DAC, submitted his report on the plan and <br />the Board maintained its previous position. The DAC report will be <br />transmitted to the B/A with a cover letter to be prepared by Mr. Briggs. <br />Listing and evaluation of several undeveloped sites possible for elderly <br />housing, as requested by the Housing Authority was given by Mr. Briggs <br />and a report and illustrative map prepared by Doug Whitney reviewed. <br />Mr. Briggs reported on LHA plans to bid on three dwelling to be moved <br />from Lincoln to lots in Lexington with less than required area. It was <br />agreed that the Planning Board would not oppose the granting of variances <br />to allow smaller lot sizes. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 9:20 p.m. <br />P410 AC <br />Paul J.
