page 2 <br />3.11.74 <br />' Notification of owners of land within areas proposed for Wetland WETLAND ART. <br />Zoning (Citizens' Article 102) was discussed. Names and addresses 102 <br />of 15 land owners have been obtained from files in the Assessors <br />office and is considered to be a complete list. These residents <br />had been sent a copy of the legal notice of the hearing, scheduled <br />for March 14, 1974. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />voted that since the proposed amendment is of wide application in <br />the Town, legal requirements for notification of owners deemed <br />affected thereby will be fulfilled by publication of the legal <br />notice in the Lexington Minute -Man at least fourteen days before <br />the hearing, as stated in Section 14.2 of the Zoning By-law.. <br />Dr. Clarke requested the view of the Board regarding a motion to CAMPING ART.38 <br />change the time limit for parking of occupied camping vehicles as <br />proposed in Article 38 from 3 to 7 days. The Board was generally <br />in favor of leaving the parking duration at 3 days. <br />A plan submitted with Application Form A74-8, showing land at FORM A74-8 <br />Worthen Road was reviewed. Upon a motion duly made and seconded,it WORTHEN RD. <br />was VOTED: BONNANO <br />The plan submitted with Appl. Form A74-8 on March 11, 1974, <br />by Nicholas Bonanno, entitled " A Subdivision of Land Court <br />Case No. 23539", dated Feb. 25, 1974, by Miller and Nylander, <br />showing Lots A & B on Worthen Rd., requires no approval <br />under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />The members concurred with suggestion by Mr. Costello that appropriate PHOTOGR. MAPS <br />changes be made to the lot lines on photogrammetric maps as Form A and LOT LINES <br />subdivision plans are approved. <br />Mrs. Brown agreed to draft a letter of appreciation to LWV workers who CBD PARKING <br />participated in the CBD parking survey on February 15. Plans for SURVEY L.W.V. <br />additional check on several of the lots before the start of Town <br />Meeting, were noted. Mr. Briggs will prepare a summary, outliniAg <br />results of the Feb. 15 survey, including a listing of types of <br />information to be developed. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:40 p.m. � +� <br />Paul J.
