Articles Z-1, Z-2, ZONING BY LAW <br />Z-39 Z-59 Z-69 Z-8, were revised and approved. It was voted to REVISION ART. <br />withdraw Article Z-4 (deletion of area and frontage exemption for <br />old lots) and Article Z-7 (clarifying Section 10 of the Zoning <br />B -law), as suggested by Town Counsel. Both Articles will be con- <br />sidered for a future Town Meeting. <br />At 9:10 p.m., Mr. McSweeney, Director of Public Works & Engr., HARTWELL AVE. <br />joined the meeting and informed the members of a meeting with State CONNECTOR <br />DPW Comm. Campbell on Feb. 13. for the purpose of encouraging action <br />on the Hartwell Ave. connector road, fringe parking, and improve- <br />ments to Bedford St. Members of the Board of Selectmen and the <br />Planning Board will attend the meeting and it was agreed that a <br />preliminary strategy meeting of the two boards be scheduled prior <br />to the 13th. <br />Dr. Clarke agreed to prepare a new item for publication in the <br />Minute -Man explaining the Planning Board Articles on Zoning By-law NEW ARTICLE <br />Revision. Mr. Brown will take responsibility for a news release ZONING BY LAW <br />on the Wetland Articles. REV. &WETLAND <br />ARTICLES <br />Dr. Clarke asked for expression of members' views toward the <br />DiMarzo proposal for commercial use of the partially residential- DIMARZO B/A <br />' zoned land on Waltham St. near Marrett Rd. Dangerous existing PETITION <br />conditions, and resultant increase, if B/A variance is granted WALTHAM ST. <br />were considered. Discussion of the matter will be continued at a <br />later date. <br />Copy of a memo from the Bd. of Selectmen to the Planning Board and TRAFFIC STUDIES <br />Board of Appeals, dated Jan. 23, 1974, supporting a request(attached) BEDFORD ST. <br />by the Traffic Safety Comm. for Traffic Impact studies by proponents <br />of development in the Bedford St. area, was noted.
