PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />November 14, 1973 <br />' The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />9:00 a.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members L. Brown, Costello, <br />Planning Director Briggs and Secretary Mrs. Snow present. Member Stanley <br />Brown joined the meeting later in the morning (10:20) <br />The Board reviewed the plan submitted by Joseph Bodio, RLS, with FORM A73-35 <br />Application Form A73-35, showing the Barnes property at Bedford St. & BEDFORD ST <br />Route 128. Advice of Town Counsel against Planning Board endorsement BODIO <br />of the plan because of inadequate frontage of one of the lots was noted REJECTED <br />and discussed. A motion was duly made and seconded that the plan be <br />rejected on this basis, and it was decided on a three to one VOTE: <br />To reject the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", <br />dated October 12, 1973, by Barnes Engineering Co., Inc., sub- <br />mitted on November 2, 1973, by Joseph A. Bodio, for Barnes <br />Engineering Co., Inc. with Application Form A73-35, since all <br />lots showin on the plan do not conform to the Town of Lexington <br />Zoning By -Law with regard to frontage requirements. <br />Town Clerk, Town Counsel and the petitioner will be informed of this <br />action of the Board. Conference with Town Counsel will be scheduled <br />to explore questions with respect to dealing with Form A plans. <br />The Board reviewed a plan showing land of Gassman on Whipple Rd., FORM A73-36 <br />submitted with Appl. Form A73-36. Upon a motion duly made and seconded,WHIPPLE RD. <br />it was VOTED: GASSMAN <br />' The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Oct. <br />15, 1973, by Miller & Nylander, submitted on Nov. 9, 1973, by <br />Norman T. May, Esq. for George & Maria Gassman showing lot 186A <br />on Whipple Rd. requires no approval under the Subdivision Control <br />Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:50 a.m. <br />pa,id <br />Paul J.
