Town Counsel is to be asked for advice as to BURLINGTON ARC. <br />Lexington control over the portion of the Bernard land in Lexington re <br />setback requirements imposed by the Burlington Board of Appeals. <br />Roland Greeley and Ted Nussdorfer met with the Board for discussion of DICK TOWN MTG. <br />draft #4, dated October 29, of Bicentennial land use questions to be BICEN.LAND USE <br />presented at the "Mock Town Meeting" on November 15, 1973. Mr. Briggs <br />reported on his meeting on October 17 with Mr. Barnes, Mrs. Brown and <br />Doug Whitney, re selection of most appropriate school sites for illus- <br />trative use for possible campsites. Memorandum by R. Barnes and D. <br />Whitney, dated Oct. 26, 1973, on Design Criteria, was reviewed. <br />Mr. Nussdorfer presented a memo to Mrs. Brown on planning and costs <br />involved in provision of campsites. <br />The meeting adjourned at 9:40 p.m. <br />Paul J.
