PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />October 1, 1973 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:35 <br />P.m. by the chairman Dr. Clarke with members S. Brown, L. Brown, Costello, <br />Graham, planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. Also <br />in attendance were Gary Marshall, DAC, Sandy Hager LWV, Frank Sandy,CLC, <br />and Cheryl Waixel, Lexington Minute -Man. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted with Application Form A73-23, by FORM A73-23 <br />William Hamilton, showing land at Concord Ave. Previous incorrect CONCORD AVE. <br />submission of the application was noted and Conservation Commission HAMILTON <br />interest in the land was mentioned. Upon a motion duly made and <br />seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "A Subdivision of Land Court Case No.22262", <br />dated Sept. 7, 1973, by Miller & Nylander, submitted on Sept.25, <br />1973, by William H. Hamilton, with Application Form A73-23, show- <br />ing lots #82 and #83 on Concord Ave. requires no approval under <br />the Subdivision Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />The plan submitted by G. F. Zecher with Application Form A73-24, FORM A73-24 <br />showing parcels located partially in Lexington and Burlington, was NORTH STREET <br />reviewed. Mr. Briggs reported on his conference with Town Counsel ZECHER <br />re propriety of the form of the plan and of Planning Board endorse- <br />ment. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />' The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Burlington and Lexington, Mass.", <br />dated Sept. 7, 1973, by Miller & Nylander, submitted on Sept. 20, <br />1973, by G. F. Zecher with Application Form A73-24, showing lots <br />A and B on North Street requires no approval under the Subdivision <br />Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />The Board reviewed a draft by Dr. Clarke of a letter to the Board of 115 KENDALL <br />Appeals re the 115 Kendall Corp. petition for special permit and site B/A F&D <br />review (F&D hearing Oct. 2). Previous petition (Aug.'73), not acted <br />upon because of insufficient provision of detailed information, was <br />noted. The letter, recommending denial because of inadequate time for <br />review of detailed plans (submitted on 10/1), was read and approved <br />as revised. <br />Mr. Briggs reported on his site review of the proposed Farmhurst, Sec FARMHURST,SEC. <br />5 subdivision and discussion continued as to possible conditions to be 5,PRELIM.PLAN <br />required of the developer if the preliminary plan receives Planning <br />Board approval. Mr. Briggs will prepare a report reflecting this dis- <br />cussion, his review and Engr. Dept. recommendations, for consideration <br />of the Board on October 9. <br />B/A notices of hearings to be held on October 16, were reviewed and B/A NOTICES <br />read in part by Mrs. Brown. The Kefalas petition for variance to sub- 10/16 <br />divide land at Burlington St. was discussed and the planning director KEFALAS,CUSTANC <br />was instructed to draft a letter, recommending denial of the petition, <br />for review of the Board on October 9. <br />
