1 <br />1 <br />11 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April 11, 1973 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7 p.m. <br />by the chairman Mrs. Brown with members Clarke, Costello, planning <br />director Briggs, and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />Following review and discussion of the qualifications and proposed work <br />schedule of Douglas Whitney, planning intern candidate, the members votedPLANNING IN - <br />agreement with the receumzer_dation of the planning Director that Mr. Whitney TERN <br />be hired and authorized Mr. Briggs to inform Mr. O'Connell of their con- <br />currence. <br />A letter from Dean E. Nicholson, dated April 6, 1973 was noted, requesting <br />that a second public hearing on the Columbus St. subdivision be held COLUMBUS ST. <br />because of insufficient period of legal advertising. The Bd. approved a PUBLIC HEARING <br />draft of a response by Mr. Briggs setting the new hearing date for May 7, <br />1973, and suggesting that the applicant request an extension of time for <br />Planning Board action until May 14, 1973. <br />The Board reviewed a plan submitted with Appl. Form A73-13, showing lots PRM A73-13 <br />30 and 31 at Heritage Drive. Town property maps of the area were referre HERITAGE DR, <br />to. Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "A Subdivision of Land Court Case No. 15791, <br />Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated Mar_ 29, 1973, by Miller & <br />Nylander, submitted by Ralph H. Hall with Application Form A73-13, <br />showing land at Heritage Drive requires no approval under the Sub- <br />division Control Law. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />Mrs. Brown reported on conversation with the Town Counsel regarding the OSTROFF <br />development plan of land off Young St. as proposed by Norman Ostroff, Esq.BATTLEVIEW PK. <br />Mr. Holzbog presented a statement in approval of the revised Drummer Boy <br />Green condominium development plan on behalf of the Design Advisory DRUMMER BOY <br />Committee. A Planning Board statement in support of the rezoning proposal DAC <br />in light of the new plan will be read at the Town Meeting by Mrs. Brown. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:55 p.m. <br />TIomas F.
