1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />April 4, 1973 <br />The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at <br />7:45 p.m. by the chairman Mrs. Brown with members Clarke, S. Brown, <br />planning director Briggs and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />The Board reviewed the revised plan for Drummer Boy Green, submitted DRUMMER BOY <br />on April 4 and preparation and content of a supplementary Planning <br />Board report to Town Meeting were discussed. It was agreed that <br />Mrs. Brown will draft a statement indicating unanimous Planning <br />Board approval of the revised rezoning proposal. <br />Mr. Briggs reported on pregress regarding the hiring of a Town <br />Engineer. The Planning Board has been invited by the director of <br />Public Works to interview the major candidates, at one of its <br />regular meetings. <br />Mr. Briggs informed the Board of the outcome of his interviewing of <br />planning intern candidates, and recommended that Douglas Whitney be <br />given consideration for employment. Arrangements for Planning Board <br />interview of Mr. Whitney on April 9 will be made. <br />The meeting adjourned at 7:56 p.m. <br />Thomas F.
