The developers wish to cooperate <br />with the Planning Board and Bd. of Selectmen to arrive at recommend- <br />ations for land use at the Bedford St. site. They also displayed <br />a revised site plan for the Drummer Boy land. Road design and <br />traffic problems at the Bedford St. Hartwell Ave. intersection were <br />discussed. <br />Mr. John Rinehart, Mass. Port Authority, Hanscom Field, was present <br />to participate in discussion of the "Flintlock" rezoning proposal. <br />He expressed concern that future residents of Flintlock will have <br />cause for complaints about noise from air traffic on runway 4129 <br />which is nearby and gave statistics on use of the runway. Copy of <br />Mr. Rinehart's letter dated March 1, 1973, to Mr. Barber, proponent <br />of the development, was noted. Mr. Rinehart will communicate with <br />the Planning Board re noise abatement procedures following his review <br />of a sonic study planned by Mr. Barber. <br />Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Grammont, prospective buyers of land at Jean, <br />Morgan and Aaron roads, were present for continued discussion as to <br />status of Aaron Rd. Mr. Briggs' March 2, 1973, memorandum with info- <br />mation as to street classification, (1968 Planning Board Survey and <br />Listing) and work sheets were noted and Mr. Briggs reported on <br />telephone conversation with Mr. Zaleski on the matter. Classification <br />of Aaron Rd. as a "paper" street was determined. Mr. Cohen, Town <br />Counsel will be asked for written opinion that lots on Aaron Rd. lack <br />status as buildable lots. The Grammonts were advised to submit a <br />Form A application and plan showing division of 3 lots on Morgan and <br />Jean Rds. <br />DRUMMER BOY <br />FLINTLOCK <br />HANSCOM FLIGHT <br />PATH <br />JEAN,MORGAN & <br />AARON ROADS <br />Mrs. Ruth Mitchell met with the Board for discussion of definition of HOME OCCUPA- <br />"home occupation" as stated in the Zoning By -Law. Mrs. Mitchell's TION <br />letter to the Planning Board, dated 2/21/73 with respect to Bd. of <br />Appeals petition regarding a sign at the International Conservatory <br />of Music, 375 Lowell St. (hearing 2/20/73), was reviewed. Mrs. Brown <br />will request a ruling from the Town Counsel on the matter of definitions <br />of "home occupations" and "school" and discussion will be continued <br />following his response. <br />Progress with the Wetland Zoning project and revision of maps to <br />identify the three areas to be proposed were discussed. Overlays of <br />lot lines from Town Property Maps will be made to ascertain affected <br />landowners who will be contacted by the planning director. Drafts of <br />letters responding to written comments by residents on the proposal <br />will be prepared by Mrs. Brown. It was agreed that purchase of <br />blueline and sepia copies of revised wetland maps will be made. <br />Agenda for the Saturday, March 10 meeting of the Planning Board was <br />discussed. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:50 p.m. <br />t -x ✓ 'max. <br />Thomas F.
