Upon a motion duly made and seconded it NAPOLI <br />was VOTED: <br />The plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass.", dated July 29, <br />1971, by Miller & Nylander, requires no approval under the Subdivi- <br />sion Control Law. <br />A notation is to be added in accordance with the Board of Appeals decision <br />of October 27, 1971. <br />The plan was so endorsed by members of the Board. <br />The Board of Appeals hearing scheduled for Dec. 7, 1971, regarding ex- MOBIL STA. <br />pansion plans for the Mobil service station on Waltham St. & Rte. 2A BD. OF APPEALS <br />was noted. The Board examined plans showing the required buffer strip HEARING 12/7/71 <br />between CG and residence districts and it was voted by the members that <br />a letter be sent to the Board of Appeals with a suggested alternate loca- <br />tion for the buffer strip and expressing general approval of the proposed <br />expansion. <br />A draft of the Annual Report of the Planning Board, prepared by the <br />planning director was reviewed.
