1 <br />i <br />1 <br />Selectmen, and Mr. Graham suggested that the Board send a letter recom- <br />mending his appointment. <br />Mr. Zaleski agreed to inquire of the Board of Assessors about acquiring <br />a second updated set of town maps for use by the Planning Board members. <br />A letter will be sent to Mr. Grush asking his approval of the request. <br />The following Board of Appeals notices of petitions, to be presented at <br />a public hearing on July 13th, were reviewed by the members: <br />Dr. Robert W. Crooke John D. Hodge <br />Vaughan K. and Margaret Bogosian Mrs. Ralph Schontag <br />Robert A. Bowyer Nawal K. and Carolyn C. Tanja <br />It was decided to make no comment on the above. <br />Petitions to the Historic District Commission from Robert and Delores <br />Lyons and from Joseph and Mary Nye were also noted. <br />An announcement of a meeting on June 30, 1971, of the Shawsheen River <br />Watershed Assoc. was read. Bedford/Lexington sever lines will be <br />discussed at this meeting. <br />REQUEST FOR <br />TOWN MAPS <br />BOARD OF <br />APPEALS <br />PETITIONS <br />HISTORIC DIST- <br />RIC <br />ISTRIC COMM. <br />PETITIONS <br />MEETING SHAW - <br />SHEEN RIVER <br />WATERSHED <br />Mr. Costello reminded the Board of the request that the Town Counsel "PAPER" STREET' <br />comment on the legal status of lots on "paper"streets so a policy could <br />be defined. Mr. Zaleski related verbal comments made to Mrs. Brown and <br />himself by Mr. Legro and stated that both written and verbal reminders <br />of the Board's request were conveyed to Mr. Legro. <br />Mr. Leonard Notkin inquired of the Planning Board as to the procedure for SIDEWALKS <br />changing the specifications of Concord Ave. so as to provide space for <br />sidewalks and was advised to consult with the Board of Selectmen on the <br />matter. <br />Referring to the forthcoming discussion of a housing policy for the HOUSING POLICY <br />Planning Board, members were urged to deliver any suggestions or ideas <br />on the subject to Mr. Zaleski by Friday, July 2nd so that they may be in- <br />cluded in the outline on that topic for the agenda of July 7th meeting. <br />The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 p.m. <br />Donald M.
