PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />June 14, 1971 <br />' The meeting of the Lexington Planning Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />by the chairman, Mrs. Brown with members Lund, Costello, Graham, planning <br />director Zaleski and secretary Mrs. Snow present. <br />The revised letter to Mr. Perkins, Minute Man Historical Park supervisor, MR. PERKINS <br />inviting him to meet with the Board on June 21st was approved and signed. BICENTENNIAL <br />A copy is to be sent to Mr. Kingston Howard with a post script inviting <br />him to attend this meeting. <br />The letter from the Planning Board to the building inspector regarding the VALLEYFIELD ST. <br />status of Valleyfield St. beyond #81, written in response to Mr. Irwin's <br />inquiry was discussed and approved by unanimous vote. <br />A letter from. the Town Engineer regarding Mr. Nicolai's request for bond BOND RELEASE <br />release on Heritage Acres subdivision was read. Upon a mots d duly made HERITAGE ACRES <br />and seconded it was unanimously VOTED: <br />The construction of ways and the installation of utilities to serve <br />lots 10, 11, 12, 24 and 25 in the Heritage Acres subdivision having <br />been completed to the satisfaction of the Planning Board, the Aetna <br />Casualty and Surety Co. bond dated June 21, 1968s in the penal sum of <br />$20,000, previously reduced to $3,000 is hereby released and the obli- <br />gations of the developer and the surety under the terms of said bond <br />and the agreement of the same date terminated. <br />It was unanimously voted by the Board to renew the subscription to the <br />"Planning Advisory Service" for the year beginning July, 1971. <br />The report on Art. 13.of the Warrant for the Special Town Meeting of REPORT,ART.13 <br />June 14th was read. It was unanimously voted to approve this report and SPECIAL T.M. <br />it was signed by the members. <br />A plan submitted with Application Form A71-11 showing land at Concord Ave. FORM A71-11 <br />was reviewed and upon a motion duly made and seconded it was VOTED: CONCORD AVE. <br />That the plan entitled "Plan of Land in Lexington, Mass." dated CONSERVATION <br />May 17,:1971 by Miller and Nylander, showing land of Ballou at <br />Concord Ave. to be acquired by the Town of Lexington for conserva- <br />tion does not require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />It was agreed that an endorsement be added as follows: "Since lot B is to <br />be acquired for public purposes, the frontage of lot A shall not be deemed <br />to have been reduced in violation of the subsection 26.1 of Lexington <br />Zoning By -Law." <br />The plan was so endorsed by the members of the Board. <br />A plan submitted with Application Form A71-12 of land belonging to Teitel FORM A71-12 <br />baum was reviewed and upon addition of a note to clarify the endorsement, TEITELBAUM <br />a motion was duly made and seconded and it was VOTED: CONSERVATION <br />That the plan entitled "Plan of land inLexington, Mass." dated May 14, <br />' 1971, by John J. Sullivan, RLS, showing land of Teitelbaum at Concord <br />Ave, to be acquired by the Town of Lexington for conservation does not <br />require approval under the Subdivision Control Law. <br />It was agreed to write to Mr. Sullivan requesting him to conform to the <br />
