A letter is to be sent to <br />Mr. Nickerson stating the Planning Board viewpoint and recommending denial <br />of the variance. <br />The Carroll petition was discussed and consideration was postponed. <br />The Board decided to make no comment on the Arthur Smith and the Five <br />Fields Tennis Club petitions. <br />A. SMITH <br />FIVE FIELDS <br />The petition of Dr. Chabot for permission to establish a hospital for DR. CHABOT <br />veterinarian use at 507 Waltham St. was discussed at some length. Since <br />there is not enough information available on building plans to make a <br />decision, it was decided to invite Dr. Chabot to meet with the Board to <br />discuss this proposal. <br />Since no plan has been received from Heritage Glass, decision on this <br />petition was postponed. <br />Upon a motion duly made and seconded, it was VOTED: <br />To go into executive session to discuss matters the disclosure of <br />which could adversely affect the financial interests of the Town <br />or the reputation of a person. <br />Following a discussion of matters of financial interest to the Town the <br />Board voted to resume open meeting. <br />After a discussion of Four Seasons (meeting of 5/19/71 and what the next <br />step should be) the meetingadjourned at 11:30 p.m. <br />Donald M.
