3 <br />The Board agreed that each member would develop the details of the subject <br />assigned to or accepted by him. <br />The proposed flood plain zoning for Natick and its suitability for WETLAND ZONING <br />Lexington conditions was discussed briefly. Some problems with the Natick <br />approach of using contour lines as district coundaries and some alter- <br />natives were suggested. Mr. Scouler pointed out the apparent increase <br />in water level in the area off Hartwell Avenue between Itek and Chandler <br />Leasing Corp. The letter from the Department of Natural Resources re- <br />garding restrictions on building in lowlands draining into Shawsheen <br />River was read and its implications for the control of building in <br />wetlands discussed. It was agreed to write to the Department of Natural <br />Resources for a copy of their Shawsheen River watershed study. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />1 <br />1 <br />"Donald M.
