Mr. Johnson filed with the Board a prelimi- <br />nary plan prepared by New England Division Head- <br />quarters of The Great A & P Tea Co., said plan be- <br />ing dated July 18, 1958 and showing a proposal for <br />adding to the present A & P store and parking <br />facilities. After discussing this plan the Board <br />indicated that it understood the problem and would <br />study it further. Thereupon, Mr. Johnson left the <br />meeting at 8:55 p.m. <br />The Board's attention was called to the fact <br />OAK KNOLL that upon satisfactory completion of the required <br />SEC. 2 work to be done in the Oak Knoll, Section Two sub- <br />divisions the Town had now received from the Oak <br />OUTHET Knoll Realty Trust a grant of utilities installed <br />REALTY by said trust in Peachtree Road. All other matters <br />TRUST appearing to be in order, upon motion duly made and <br />seconded, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: to release the performance bond, dated March <br />11, 1958, filed by Ernest E. Outhet and <br />Kenneth F. Blodgett, trustees of Outhet <br />Realty Trust, as Principal, and the American , <br />Fidelity Company, as Surety, in the sum of <br />Eleven Thousand Five Hundred and no/100 <br />Dollars--311s500.00)--to secure the per- <br />formance by the Subdivider of its agreement <br />in the form of an application for approval <br />of a definitive plan, Form C, dated December <br />301 19571 to complete the work to be per- <br />formed by the subdivider as shown on the sub- <br />division plan entitled "Oak Knoll Section <br />Two Lexington -Mass." and dated December 18, <br />1956. <br />The Boardts attention was also called to the <br />PHEASANT fact that the work to be performed in the Pheasant <br />GARDENS Gardens subdivision had also been satisfactorily <br />completed and Mr. and Mrs. Black, the subdividers, <br />BLACK had conveyed to the Town the utilities in said sub- <br />division. All matters appearing to be in order, <br />upon motion duly made and seconded, it was unani- <br />mously <br />VOTED: to release the performance bond, dated June <br />24, 1958, filed by Walter G. Black, as <br />Principal, and Continental Casualty Co., as ' <br />Surety, in the stun of fourteen thousand and <br />00/100 dollars--(14,000.00)--to secure the <br />performance by the subdivider of his agree- <br />
