1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />September 29, 1958 <br />A regular meeting of the Lexington Planning <br />Board was held in the office of the Board, Town <br />Office Building, on Monday, September 29, 1958 at <br />7:45 p.m. Present were Chairman Grindle, Members <br />Abbott, Burnell, Jaquith and Soule, and. Planning <br />Director Snow. Town Counsel Stevens was also pre- <br />sent from 8:45 to 9:05 p.m. <br />The Board approved the minutes of its Sep- MINUTES <br />tember 22, 1958 meeting. <br />Approved by the Board were the following <br />bills which had been presented for payment: BILLS <br />Terrence J. Boyle, professional services Sept. 22 <br />through Sept. 26, 1958--$45.00; Minute -man Publi- <br />cations, Inc., advertising -44.90. <br />Considered next were the following Form A <br />applications for determination of Planning Board <br />jurisdiction: <br />#58-63, submitted September 26, 1958 by John <br />Carroll for Town of Lexington; plan entitled <br />"Plan of Sewer Easement from Freemont St. to <br />Trunk Sewer Lexington, Mass.", Scale: 111 = <br />101, dated sent. 22, 1958. Richard J. Gayer, <br />Town Engineer. <br />#58-64, submitted September 26, 1958 by Lucky <br />Penny Trust and Meryl Robert Trust; plan en- <br />titled "Plan of Revised Lots Battleview Park - <br />Section Two Land in Lexington. Mass.", Scale: <br />1" = 40', dated Sept. 24, 1958, Miller & <br />Nylander, C.E.'s & Surveyors. <br />FORMS A <br />Upon motion duly made and seconded, it was <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the Lexington Planning Board determines <br />that the plans accompanying #58-63 and #58-64 <br />do not require approval under the Subdivision <br />Control Law, and that said plans be so en- <br />dorsed. <br />' There was then held a general discussion of <br />the status of the Board's long range plan for Lexing- MASTER <br />ton. It was decided to hold on October 22, 1958 a PLAN <br />special meeting for the purpose of reviewing what <br />
