It was decided that the Board - <br />would not approve any further extension of said devel- RIBOCK <br />opment except one in which the n resent Whittier and <br />Longfellow Roads were constructed until they inter- <br />sected. as shown on the preliminary subdivision plan <br />4pproved by the Board on November 26, 1956, and were <br />constructed with no variation from the Lexington Sub- <br />division Rules and Regulations and specifications re- <br />quired by the Superintendent of Public Works. Mr. <br />Snow was asked to inform Mr. Amb_olo of the Board's <br />decision. <br />Considered also by the Board were notices of <br />petitions to be heard by the Board of Appeals on BOARD OF <br />September 30, 1959. It was decided to take no APPEALS <br />formal action on said petitions. However, in view <br />of the action taken at the September 15, 1958 Special McCORMACK <br />Town Meeting in regard to professional offices, Mr. <br />Jaquith was asked to discuss the McCormack petition <br />with the Chairman of the Board of Appeals. <br />The attention of the Board was called to the VINE BROOK <br />submission on September 22, 1958 of an application MEADOWS <br />for approval of the definitive subdivision plan en- <br />titled "Vine Brook Meadows Lexington -Mass." and VINE BROOK <br />dated May 14, 1958. It was decided to schedule a REALTY <br />public hearing on said application for October 20, TRUST <br />1958 at 8:00 b.m. <br />After a general discussion of current prob- <br />lems before the Board, the meeting was adjourned at <br />10:45 n.m. <br />A <br />rdH.
