7-21-58 <br />The Board's attention was called to the fact <br />SUBDIVISION that there had been submitted the first application <br />CONTROL LAW for tentative apbroval of a preliminary subdivision <br />AMENDMENT plan since the effective date of a new amendment to <br />the Subdivision Control Law; namely, Chapter 2062 <br />Acts of 1958. Before considering said application, <br />the Board held with Mr. Stevens a detailed discus- <br />sion of procedures and policies to be followed in <br />administering said amendment. Thereupon, Mr. Stevens <br />left the meeting. <br />The application of the Lexington Development <br />LOWELL ESTATES Co. for approval of the preliminary plan, entitled <br />"Lowell Estates", was then considered. Considered <br />LEXINGTON also was said company's July 18, 1958 letter accom- <br />DEVELOPMENT panying the application. In connection with said <br />COMPANY letter, the Board reviewed its earlier decision re- <br />garding the same plan previously entitled "Sun <br />Valley II" and submitted by the Winchester Develop- <br />ment Corp. on April 21, 1958. (See minutes of June <br />30, 1958 Planning Board meeting.)
