Thereupon, all matters appearing to <br />be in orders it was moved, seconded, and unanimously <br />VOTED :that the May 28s 1958 vote of the Planning <br />Board disapproving the definitive subdivision <br />plan entitled "Oak Hill Estates Section One <br />Lexingtons Mass."s dated April is 1958, be and <br />hereby is rescinded. <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />"Oak Hill Estates Section One Lexingtons Mass. <br />dated April 1, 1958* which was submitted to the <br />Board by Sandy Brook Corp. on April 16, 1958* <br />accompanied by an application for approval of <br />definitive plans Form Cs dated April 2* 1958+ <br />which was disapproved by the Board rn May 28* 1958 <br />for failure of the applicant to file the required <br />bonds said disapproval having been rescinded by <br />the Board on June 9s 1958s and subsequently thereto <br />Wynwood Associates, Inc. having acquired title to <br />all lands within the subdivision by two deeds from <br />said Sandy Brook Corporation dated respectively <br />April 81, 1958 and May 23s 1958s and said Corpora- ' <br />tion having assumed all the obligations of the <br />applicant on June 9s 19581, be and hereby is <br />approved subject to the following condition: that <br />a bituminous concrete sidewalk 5' wide be con- <br />structed along the entire length on the northerly <br />side of Fulton Road. <br />There was next held a general discussion of <br />problems currently before the Boards after which the <br />meeting was adjourned at 10:00 p.m. <br />" R chard H.
