5-w--58 <br />Mr. William C. Martin of 77 Bloomfield Street_ <br />objected to the construction of"Minola Road only to <br />his northerly property line rather'than"all"the way <br />past his property to Bloomfield St. There was con= <br />siderable'discussion in regard to this matter. The <br />Board decided that the point was entirely a legal <br />one and that -it should'be referred to the Town <br />Counsel for a decision. <br />Mr. John W. Fulton of 78 Hill Street, Lexington <br />said he was representing the applicant as well as ' <br />Wynwood Associates, Inc. which had a purchase and <br />sales agreement'to acquire the Sandy Brook Corp, <br />property between Lowell Street and the Woburn town <br />line. He then explained how it was proposed to <br />develop sa d_property in relation'to the Section One <br />subdivision comprised of six'lots. <br />Mr. "Courtney Comeau stated that he was an abutter <br />of the property to be subdivided. He asked how the <br />drainage was to be taken care of with particular refer- <br />ence to his land. After some discussion he was advised <br />that the subdivision plan had -been approved by the, <br />Superintendent --of Public Work`s and that the subdivider <br />would `be required to take care of- adequately any <br />drainage from the subdividers land. <br />There being no further questions or discussions <br />the"hearing was closed -at 840 "p.m. and the subdivi- <br />sion plan taken under advisement. <br />LORING HILL The Board next considered the "Loring Hill Estates <br />ESTATES Section Two" definitive subdivision plan which had <br />SEC. 2 been approved on April 16,1958. The Board endorsed <br />said plan, the necessary easements in the subdivision <br />having been obtained and all other matters appearing <br />to be in order. <br />There being no further questions or discussion, <br />the hearing was closed at 8 30'p:m. and the subdivi- <br />sion plan taken under advisement. <br />OAK HILL <br />At 8:30 p.m. also, the Board held a public hear - <br />ESTATES <br />ing relative to the application of Sandy Brook Corp. <br />- <br />for'approval of -a. subdivision to -be known as "Oak <br />SANDY BROOK <br />Hill Estates Section One Lexington, Mass." The <br />CORP. <br />'C airman read the notice of'the hearing as it had <br />been mailed to -all those deemed to -have been affected <br />And as it was published in the April 24,1958 issue of <br />the Lexington Minute -man. He 'then explained the pro- <br />eedure in conducting the hearing and called upon the <br />applicant to present his plan. <br />Mr. John W.
