Burnell, Jr <br />Clerk <br />ADDENDUM <br />Clerk of the Planning Board February 19, 1957 <br />Town Hall <br />Lexington 73 Asa ss . <br />Dear Sir: <br />On August 20, 19511 the Town of Lexington, ' <br />acting through its Board of Selectmen, conveyed <br />property at 1 Cedar Street, shown as Lot 11 on a <br />elan dated June 30, 19L71 made by John T. Cosgrove, <br />Town engineer, recorded with Middlesex South Dis- <br />trict Deeds in Book 7339, Page 34, to Anthony J. and <br />Helen I. Sanseverino and in connection therewith im- <br />posed certain restrictions on said lot, one of which <br />is as follows: <br />The building or buildings to be built origi- <br />nally on each lot must be constructed in <br />accordance with the plans and specifications <br />approved by the Lexington Planning Board, and <br />shall be completed on said lot within 2 years <br />from the date of this conveyance. A certifi- <br />cate of the Clerk of said Planning Board shall <br />be sufficient evidence of compliance with this <br />restriction. <br />In examination of the -records at the Registry <br />of Deeds it appears that such a certificate of the <br />Clerk of the Planning Board has not been recorded. <br />Will you be kind enough to furnish us with such a <br />certificate to clear the record. <br />Very truly ,yours, ' <br />BTCKNELL & SMITH <br />By Ida M.
