There being no further questions the Board ' <br />took the plan under advisement, the Chairman declaring the <br />hearing closed at 8:25 p.m. <br />LORING HILL At 8:30 p.m. the Board held a public hearing relative <br />ESTATES to the application of Ernest J. Corrigan for approval of a <br />SEC. 2 definitive subdivision plan entitled "Loring Hill Estates <br />Section Two", dated December 17, 1957, and comprising 22 <br />residential lots. Present were Mr. Robert W. Carrig and Mr. <br />Nylander. The Chairman read the notice of the hearing as it <br />had been mailed to all those deemed to be affected and as it <br />was published'in the January 30, 1958 issue of the Lexington <br />Minute -man. He then explained the procedure in conducting the <br />hearing and called upon the developer to explain the plan. <br />Mr. Carrig said that he was acting as Mr. Corrigan's <br />agent. He said that the subdivision was an extension of the <br />Loring Hill development, the first .section of which had been <br />previously approved and was now completed. It was noted that <br />the second section was being submitted at this time in order <br />to provide a second means of access to the project before any <br />additional development took place. There being no further <br />remarks, the hearing was declared closed at 8:35 p.m. and the <br />plans taken under advisement. <br />REGIONAL <br />Mr. Jaquith next reviewed with the Board Filene's <br />SHOPPING <br />previous regional shopping center <br />zoning proposal and changes <br />CENTER. <br />which the company wished to make <br />in said proposal. The Board <br />PROPOSAL <br />also reviewed various matters to <br />be included in the newspaper <br />article which was being prepared <br />in regard to the project <br />itself. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10*00 p.m. <br />40,.t./ <br />Levi G.
