BURNHAM <br />After Mr. Stevens left the meeting, Mr. Mark <br />FARMS <br />Moore, Jr. met with the Bo!�rd in regard to plans for <br />, <br />SEC. 2 <br />the subdivision of the former Burnham farm and: the <br />Board's proposal for a recreational area along Vine <br />- <br />Brook and adjacent to the North Street gravel pit. Mr.. <br />Moore said that the land the Board wished to recommend <br />MOORE <br />to the town for acquisition as a recreation area in - <br />REALTY <br />volved the house at 113 North St and seven or eight <br />TRUST <br />potential house lots which he valued at $2000 each. He <br />said he might consider exchanging this land and construct- <br />ing the proposed extension of Emerson Road to East Street <br />in exchange for a town -built bridge over `Dine Brook but <br />that he would not consider including in any such agree- <br />ment the house numbered 113 North Street unless compen- <br />sated for said house.
