1 <br />L� <br />i <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />September 12,1957 <br />A special meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />on Thursday evening, September 12, 1957 in the Town <br />Engineer's office, Town Office Building at 7:30 p.m. <br />Present were Chairman Grindle, Members Jaquith and <br />Soule. <br />The purpose of the meeting was to act on the <br />application of Nathan Ribock for approval of the <br />Longfellow Estates Section One definitive plan, he <br />having submitted that afternoon a properly executed <br />conditional approval contract in accordance with said <br />application. All matters appearing to be in order <br />including the receipt of a letter from the Board of <br />Health in regard to the subdivision plan, it was <br />moved by Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Soule and <br />unanimously <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan <br />entitled "Longfellow Estates Section One <br />Lexington, Mass.", dated July 10, 1957, <br />which was submitted to the Board by Nathan <br />Ribock on July 30, 1957, accompanied by an <br />application for approval of definitive plan, <br />Form C, dated July 22, 1957, be and hereby <br />is approved subject to the conditions that <br />no lot in the subdivision shall be sold and <br />no building shall be erected or placed on <br />any lot until the ways and other improvements <br />required under the rules and regulations of <br />the Board necessary to adequately serve such <br />lot have been completed to the satisfaction <br />of the Board and that Lot 12 shall not be <br />built upon without prior consent from the <br />Lexington Board of Health. <br />LONGFELLOW <br />ESTATES <br />SEC.
