1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />PLANNING BOARD MEETING <br />July 24, 1957 <br />A special meeting of the Planning Board was held <br />in the Toi�:7n Engineer's Room, Town Office Building, on <br />LJed.nesday evening, July 24, 1957 at 7:30 p.m. Present <br />were Chairman Grindle and. Diembers Jaquith and Burnell. <br />The Board took under consideration the applica- <br />tion for definitive approval of the Hawthorne Acres <br />lection 1 definitive plan. 11r. Jaquith reported his <br />conversation with Tom Counsel Stevens in which the <br />latter said that Esco Builders Corp. were not able to <br />submit a bond at t'is time but planned to do so within <br />a week. The 45 -day period in which the Planning Board <br />must act having expired, it was moved by Mr. Burnell, <br />seconded by Ir. Jaquith and unanimously <br />VOTED: that the definitive subdivision plan en- <br />titled "Hawthorne Acres Section One <br />Lexington, ass.", dated Iviay 29, 1957, <br />submitted to the Board on June 10, 1957; <br />accompanied by an application for approval <br />of a definitive plan, Form C, dated June 6, <br />1957, be disapproved for the reason that <br />the applicant has not submitted a bond in <br />accordance -•..,a th the Lexington_ subdivision <br />rules and regulations. <br />The Board next took under consideration the appli- <br />cation for aprroval of the Peacock earms Section 5 <br />definitive plan. The 3oard having received the Assump- <br />tion of Obligations by the subsequent owner of this <br />property :end a bond having; been filed conditioned on <br />the completion of all required improvements in said <br />subdivision, and all other matters appearing to be in <br />order, it fTas moved by lir. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. <br />Burnell and unanimously <br />HAS^JTHORNE <br />ACRES <br />SEC. 1 <br />VOTED: that a Definitive subdivision plan entitled <br />"Peacock f arms Section 5, Lexin —ton -I -:ass. <br />dated June 11, 1957, having been submitted <br />to the 9card by Edward Green and H. S. B. <br />White on June 24, 1957, accompanied by an <br />application for approval of definitive plan, <br />r'orm C, dated June 17, 1957, and subsequent <br />thereto all the lands within the subdivision <br />having been acquired by A. Morris Kobrick as <br />Trustee of Lucky Penny Trust and also as <br />Trustee of Beryl -Robert Trust by deed re- <br />corded in Middlesex South Registry of Deeds <br />on July 12, 1957 as Instrument No. 128, and <br />said A. Icrris Kobrick having assumed all <br />PEACCCK <br />iARMS <br />SEC. 5 <br />
