BATTLE GREEN The Planning Board returned to its meeting at 9:20 <br />VILLAGE p.m. and discussed the above matters further. At 9:45 <br />SEC. 2 p.m. 11r. Stevens met with the Board to discuss several <br />administrative matters. i"r. Grindle stated that the <br />Board wished to approve the definitive subdivision plan <br />entitled "Battle Green Village Section Two Lexington, <br />I -lass." provided Leeland Construction Company had assumed <br />the obligations of the applicant, Eleanor L. Ross, and <br />provided the necessary bond. Mr. Stevens replied that <br />Mrs. Ross had not sold the land to said construction <br />company and that the land will not be deeded until the <br />question of 3 air charges on the Ross land has been <br />decided. It was decided to withhold until July 22, 1957 <br />any action on the application for approval of the plan <br />pending determination of charges and other matters. <br />BATTLE VIEW It was asked if the certified check h eld as a <br />PARK SEC. 1 deposit on the work to be done in the Battle View Park <br />Section One subdivision should be released. 1",r. Stevens <br />stated that Mr. irissore was obtaining a right of ease- <br />ment to be assigned to the town and that as soon as this <br />was in hand in the proper form, the Board should release <br />said deposit. <br />The meeting adjourned at 10:10 p.m. <br />�v <br />Thomas S.
