<br />water drainage; and all
<br />- - principal landscape fea-
<br />tures such as fences,
<br />walls, walks, and planting
<br />areas, including screening
<br />of such lot, if reasonably '
<br />necessary, from R 1 dis-
<br />triets on which such lot
<br />abuts. The site plan shall
<br />include separate drawings
<br />showing a unified general
<br />exterior architectural de-
<br />sign for all .proposed
<br />buildings and structures,
<br />the style and type of such
<br />design, however, shall not
<br />be subject to approval by
<br />the Planning Board. In
<br />granting approval of a
<br />site plan the Board may
<br />determine the extent to
<br />which thereshall be ao
<br />cess to such lot from an
<br />abutting street.
<br />c. Before approving applies-

<br />site plaan may approve
<br />it in whole or in part.
<br />Whenever successive site
<br />plans 'axe sdbmitted,
