The site plan shall <br />include separate drawings <br />showing a unified general <br />exterior architectural de- <br />sign for all .proposed <br />buildings and structures, <br />the style and type of such <br />design, however, shall not <br />be subject to approval by <br />the Planning Board. In <br />granting approval of a <br />site plan the Board may <br />determine the extent to <br />which thereshall be ao <br />cess to such lot from an <br />abutting street. <br />c. The Board <br />shall have the power to <br />modify or amend its <br />approval of a site plan .. <br />on application of the <br />owner or a mortgagee <br />of such lot, or upon its <br />own motion if such <br />power is reserved by . <br />the Hoard in its ap- <br />proval eadommnent.
