Present were <br />':emhers Abbott, Burnell, Grindle, Jaquith and Soule <br />and_ Planning Director Snow. T'ir. Stevens was present <br />from 9:15 n.m. until 9:50 o.m. <br />Approved were the minutes of i'ebruary 25, May <br />16 and 20, 1957 meetings. <br />Approved also was a bill from T�Iinute-man Pub- <br />lications, Iric., a.dvertisinF, for regional shopping <br />zoning and Battle View Park, Section 2 public hear- <br />ings --08$2.0$. <br />The folio? -ring; application for determination of <br />Planninrr Board jurisdiction was taken under consider- <br />ati on: <br />MINUTES <br />BILL <br />b'CPJI A <br />HODGDON <br />r57-50, submitted by Hark I,Toore, Jr., plan <br />same as submitted t14ith application ;i56=91. <br />This plan was endorsed on November 1, 1956 but had <br />riot been recorded. The Registry of Deeds did not <br />accept the elan for recording because the date of <br />approval was more than six months to the time said <br />plan Kas to be recorded. It was decided to change <br />the date of endorsement :r:nrl to substitute a current <br />Planning Board members name for that of Mr. Hathaway <br />who is no longer a member oi the Board. <br />It was moved, seconded and unanimously <br />VOTED: That the -plan accompanying application <br />9,57-50 be signed bearing the endorse- <br />ment "Lexin;1-ton Planning Board approval <br />not reouired under subdivision control <br />lar. " <br />At this time the Board considered Mr. Hodg- <br />don's Piay 25, 19,57 letter requesting a "hearing" on <br />this application I'57-49, theBoardhaving determined <br />th:-t the plan acccmpanying said application had re- <br />quired Planning Board approval.
