Adams and Hathaway. Discussed also was Mr. <br />Hopkins' January 3,1957 letter to Engineering News -Record <br />asking that a correction be made in its listing which <br />appeared in the January 31 1957 issue of said -periodical <br />in regard to industrial buildings and develop- <br />proposed <br />ment proposed by Stephen Hopkins Assoc.,Ine. on land at <br />the junction of Routes 128 and 2 A. <br />It was decided that there should be published in <br />' <br />the January 24, 1957 issue of the Lexi-gton Minute -man <br />an article setting forth the facts in regard to the case, <br />refuting the statements made in the periodicals men- <br />tioned above, and announcing the date and place of the <br />public hearinn, to be held under the town's zoning by-law. <br />Taken under consideration next were the notices <br />BOARD OF <br />of public hearings in regard to petitions to be heard by <br />APPEALS <br />the'Board. of Appeals on January 22, 1957. It was de - <br />NOTICES <br />tided to go on record as onnosIng the granting of Richard <br />H. Soule and Albert Ampolo, the Dorothy C. Coburn, and <br />the Associates Pealt« Trust petitions and to write <br />letters to the Board of Appeals setting forth the Plan- <br />ning Board's reasons for such opposition. For the <br />Board's final consideration Mir. Snow was asked to draft <br />said letters from the secretary's transcribed notes. <br />From 8:25 to 8:50 p.m. the Board met with the <br />TOWN <br />Selectmen and the Board of Assessors to discuss the <br />MAP <br />progress report and recommendations in regard to the <br />preparation of town mans as set forth in the Planning <br />Board's January 3, 1957 letter to the Selectmen.
