Mr. Iodice to be asked to come in next week fcr discussion. <br />Form A presented by bed L. Spelleriberg, Lowell St., showing plan for sub - <br />div s on of land into s onL weT�St., plan dated Oct, 27, 1954,r <br />& Nylander,-C.E.s. Plan had been approved by Board'of Apptils Moved by <br />Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Irwin and unanimously` voted that plan be on. <br />dorsed "Approval of Lexington Planning &card not required under Subdivision <br />Control Law". On petition of rim far' permission <br />and gravel, it was felt a represents o the Board should be present to <br />state the policy of the Planning Board in such cases. <br />On petition of J gee A. Carr fair permission to build on Blanchard <br />Road on lots of less thin the present required area, it was felt the petition <br />should be approved subject to restriction to be recorded on deeds of these <br />lots abutting'Route 2 that no driveways should be built an Route 2, <br />Vine Valley <br />Mr.'Polermo appeared for -Vine Valley Realty Co. with plan of land <br />on Grant St, dated July 10, 1953, Fred A. -Joyce, C.S. On motion of Mr. <br />Irwin, seconded by Mr. Gri.ndle, it was unanimously <br />VOTED: That plan be endorsed "Approval'voted prion' to amendm ut <br />of Zoning By-law adopted on Nov. 30,-1953.
