5A== -BOARD MEETING <br />Wednesday, Nov.24,1954 <br />Present: Adams, Grindle, Hathaway, Jaquith, Ripley - Mrs. Ross, Snow, Stevens <br />Meeting called to order at 6:13 p.m. <br />Battle Green Village <br />Nm. Stevens stated that'Mrs Ross had signed a Conditional Approval <br />Contract with the Town of Lexington and which the Planning Board had dis. <br />cussed at its previous meeting, that believing all other Lexington Sub- <br />division Rules and Regulations had been complied with, he had drafted a vote <br />for the Planning Board in regard to approving the Definitive Plan for Battle <br />Green Village. <br />After examining the contract, and the suggested vote, and discussion, <br />it was moved by Mr. Grindle, seconded by Mr. Ripley and unanimously <br />VOTED: That the approval -by the Board -of Survey -'of plan entitled "Flan <br />Wellington Estates in Lexington, Massachusetts owned'by Ross <br />Realty Corporation", dated March 29, 1941, Merrill A. Brown, <br />Civil Engineer and Surveyor, and recorded in Middlesex South <br />District Registry of Deeds, gook 6483 End, which approval was <br />endorsed on said plan under date of March 31, 1941) be and <br />hereby is modified and amended by eliminating as ways those <br />parts of the ways shown on said plan that are beyond or ex- <br />tend beyond the limits of the numbered lots shown on said plan. <br />VOTED: That the definitive subdivision -plan entitled "Plan'of Lots in' <br />Battle Green Village, Lexington; Mass: owned by Mrs. Eleanor L. <br />Ross, Trustee", dated August'19,-1951, which was submitted -to <br />._ <br />the Board by Eleanor L:_Ross, trustee, on October 115 19 ,-acs <br />compared by an application for approval of definitive plan, F6rm <br />C. dated October 8, 19543 be and hereby is approved on condition <br />that no lot in the subdivision shall be sold and no building <br />shall be•erected or placed on any lot until the improvements re- <br />quired -under the rules and regulations of said Board necessary <br />to'adequately serve such lot have been completed to the satis- <br />faction of the Board. <br />Mr. Snow was given the original contract, asked to prepare a con- <br />formed copy for the Planning Board's records; and to return the original <br />signed contract to Mr. Stevens for recording: Mrs: Ross expressed her appre- <br />ciation to"the Board for holding a special meeting to take (iaOion on the above- <br />named plan. <br />Meeting adjourned at 6118 p.m. <br />?-q' <br />Wilbur M.
