1 <br />1 <br />Monday, October 18, 1951 <br />Present: Qrindle, Hathaway, Irwin, Jaquith, Ripley - Snow, Stevens <br />In the absence of Mr. Adams, Mr. Aiden Ripley was elected chairman <br />prd tem. Meeting opened at 7:45 o'clock. <br />Sarano <br />Proper check having been made on petition presented by Mrs. Helen B. <br />Saran, on motion of Mr. Jaquith, seconded by Mr. Qrindle, it was <br />VOTED1 Date for hearing on petition of Mrs. Helen B. Saran asking <br />for change in zoning by-law from R-1 to C-l.on lots 9 and 10 <br />of land at corner of Marrett Road and Lincoln St, be set for <br />Monday, November 8,'at 8 o'clook. <br />Area deemed affected for notification - 500 feet down all intersecting streets. <br />Operation 128 <br />Since the fee for attending the tour known as uOperation 128" is $5.00 <br />it was decided that Mr. Snow look into the matter and if he feels itis ad- <br />visable,to go the Board will pay the fee. <br />Form A <br />Plan submitted by Richard S. Morehouse, dated May 28, 1954, and showing <br />revised property line between lots 15A and 16A on Moon Hill Road. Variance <br />granted by Board of Appeals on August 26, 1954. Mr. Hathaway moved, Mr. Jaquith <br />seconded and so <br />VOTED: Above pian be endorsed "Approval of Lexington Planning Board not <br />required under Subdivision Law." <br />Plan signed. <br />Lincoln Terrace <br />Letter received from Mr. Burns stating requirements had been satisfac- <br />torily completed on Lincoln Terrace development. Copy of this letter given to <br />Mr. Stevens together with copy of Mr. Carrig's original agreement with the <br />Board in order that he might prepare the necessary papers for the conveyance <br />of the utilities to the town and the discharge of the agreement. <br />Conroy <br />Letter received from Mr. Conroy requesting that his address known as <br />192 Bedford St. be changed to 1 Marion Road, inasmuch as this is a separate <br />short street and much confusion results. It was felt that there was too much <br />similarity between the names of Marion and -Merriam, and it was moved by Mr. <br />Jaquith and seconded by Mr. arindle and so <br />
