KANhMmBOW MEBTING <br />Monday,September 13, 1951 <br />Presents brindle, Hathaway, Irwin; Jaquith, Ripley -Snow, Burns, Stevens. <br />In the absence of the chairman, Mr. Adams, it was unanimously voted <br />that Mr. Hathaway act as chairman pro tem. Meeting opened at 8 o'clock. <br />HEARING - COLONIAL DEVELOPMENT CO. ^ <br />Public hearing was held on the. application for approval as a sub- <br />division the property of Colonial Development Corp., extension of Dane and <br />Foster Roads for a distance of approximately 2000 ft. Mr. Capaldi.present <br />for petitioner. Also present were Mr. Harold Vogt, 8 Foster Road and Mr. <br />Coquillette, 235 Waltham St. Some questions were asked as to drainage which <br />were satisfactorily answered. No objections. <br />Leeland Construction <br />Mr. McConchie present with plan of Diana Lane for signature. New <br />road was named "Wingate Road" with approval of Board. Plan\signed after be;.. <br />ing checked in all particulars by Mr. Snow, to be <br />Dianne Estates <br />Plan for extension of Ledgelawn Avenue, Dianne Estates signed bearing <br />' the notation, "Lots 2 and 6 shall not be built upon without prior consent of <br />the Lexington Board of Health." <br />Watson <br />Mr. Edward Watson, 65 Reed St. and Mr. Nick Anastasy, 187 Grove St. <br />present for informal discussion on rough plan of land on east side of Grove <br />St. between Route 128 and Bedford line and plan of land off Winter St. They <br />were advised to consult with Mr. Snow and then draw up preliminary pian. The <br />regular procedure of filing forms was explained. <br />E�Sedated Sept. 13 submitted by Hu�on together with plan of land <br />pt. 9 at corner of Mass. Ave. a cool St. On motion of Mr. Irwin <br />seconded by Mr. Grindle this plan was voted to be signed with endorsement <br />"Approval by Lexington Planning Board not required under subdivision control <br />law." <br />Vine valley <br />Mr. Palermo and Mr. nisi present with plan of land showing exten- <br />sion of Grant St. dated July 10, 1953 for signature. Some changes must be <br />made in agreement and will be re -presented at next mating.. Since this plan <br />had been approved by the Planning Board previous to zoning change but was not <br />recorded at that time, the Board will sign conditionally that before being <br />built upon each lot must be given variance by Board of Appeals. This was ex- <br />plained to petitioners. <br />
